It’s official: Muay Thai for life is returning to home base Gothenburg with event number 14!
The news was released recently via MTFL’s social media channels. The event will take place on Sunday the 5th of October at Wallenstam Arena – a brand new venue for MTFL. The event will also take place in conjunction with amateur event Gothenburg Muay Thai Open – a precursor to MTFL 14 that will showcase rising prospects that will become the stars of tomorrow.

After pushing the attendance limits at Rondo the MTFL team decided to expand to a bigger arena that offers new technological possibilities, a larger area and more opportunities.
MTFL promotor Patrick Thomsen is excited about the new venue.’
“We’ve been very happy with our past few events at Rondo, but both seating capacity, venue availability and other aspects have been somewhat limited. Thomsen says. Now we’ve reached a great deal with Wallenstam Arena, which offers a range of new possibilities and we look forward to offering the fans a full day of top-tier Muay Thai!”
The super lightweight bout between Nasim Kazem and Nico Sanabria, that was scheduled for MTFL 12, has been rebooked for MTFL 14. While slated for the co-main event spot last time out in Gothenburg, Kazem sadly fell ill the day before the event, causing it to be cancelled.
Now the fight dubbed as “The Most Violent Match Up Of The Year” will finally take place. Expect more exciting, top bouts to be announced within the coming weeks.
