Muay Thai for Life official rankings

In 2024 the MTFL team implemented official rankings to structure the divisions and also lay the ground work for a path to the title (read more about the implementation here).

Fighters are first and foremost ranked based on their wins and performances in MTFL – all records listed are official MTFL records. Outside factors, performances and titles do also play a apart in shaping the rankings.

Updated after every MTFL event, the current rankings are as follows:
